Chorizo and eggs

Ingredients for 4 People
50g Butter
2 Chorizo sausages sliced
500g spinach
salt and black pepper
4-8 eggs
Parmesan

Method
Boil the eggs to your liking,
Heat a large pan, melt butter, add the chorizo and cook for 2 - 3 minutes.
Wash spinach, add to pan, season and cook until spinach is wilted, about 2 minutes.

Break the eggs(still a little soft)in pieces and sprinkle on spinach and chorizo.
Add Parmesan, salt and pepper and enjoy!
