Chutney Chicken Dish

Ingredients for 4 People
1 large chicken/ or chicken pieces enough for 4 people
2 cup veggies

Sauce:
1 tablespoon oil
2 large onions, chopped, sauted
½ t garlic salt
1 cup warm water / chickenstock
½ cup brown vinegar
1 cup tomato sauce
1 tablespoon worcestersause
½ t tobasco sause / redpepper
1 tablespoon brownsugar
1 t coarse or fine salt
2 tablespoon chutney

Cook chicken and veggies till soft.
Debone chicken and cut into small pieces.
Mix all the sauce ingredients together. Pour over chicken and mix.
Bake at low temperature for approx 15 minutes.
